Design & Build

TND is an expert in building successful projects using the Design & Build delivery method. We are committed to a highly collaborative approach that fully engages our client and designer as the project moves from programming through to the completion of construction. Our Design & Build teams are organized to allow for maximum flexibility yet retain single point responsibilities to ensure smooth project execution. Our depth of knowledge and experience, especially in assessing existing building conditions, is most significant when the Design & Build process is applied to a renovation project. Furthermore, our experience in building strong relations with building owners, design professionals and subcontractors allows us to create superior teams, fully capable of implementing the most complex project.

Pre-Construction

Comprehensive preparation is the foundation of spectacular achievement. This is the basis for developing our preconstruction services. Our Preconstruction Team consists of individuals with extensive experience in both design and construction, working in concert with the customers, designers and engineering professionals. We offer a variety of preconstruction services ranging from scope development to conceptual estimating, value engineering and site logistics planning. We seek to balance the demands of scope, budget and schedule to make each job a true success.

Construction & Manufacturing

We have more than 100 highly skilled foremen and tradesmen — carpenters, masons, and laborers who self-perform key elements of our work, including demolition, salvage, concrete, masonry, protection, rough and finished carpentry, doors, frames and hardware, wood and steel fixture, MEP as well as other interior finishing works. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to best serve the needs of our clients. We also operate our own factory complex capable of wood, iron and painting work with a total size of 2000 sqm.
